  2. Are you feeling worried or stressed about your results? It s that time of the year where you will soon be receiving your results. You may be feeling worked up and stressed on the run up to results day. It is completely normal to feel anxious waiting for your results, and afterwards when you are figuring out how your results will impact your future plans. Although it is normal to feel anxious, if you are struggling to cope with the stress your results are causing you, it may be a good time to reach out for support. Sensitivity: Internal

  3. What are common worries around results? Worrying whether you will get the grades that you need to go to your chosen university/career plan. Letting down your tutors/parents/family members. The possibility of failure and the pressures to succeed can cause stress, anxiety and an overall impact on your mental health. Your worries matter to you, which means they matter to us.   4. We are here to help We have dedicated teams to help support you through any stress your results may be causing you. Speak to your Course Tutor, they can guide your next steps. The Learner Journey Team can talk you through your worries and guide you to make positive steps to help alleviate any stress. Our team may signpost you to the other services.
