1. Wise People Wise people see the truth and change. THE LEADER S CIRCLE
2. Foolish People Foolish people see the truth, and rather than adjusting their course, they try to adjust the truth to avoid blame. THE LEADER S CIRCLE
3. Evil People Evil people intend to harm you. THE LEADER S CIRCLE
Fools and evil people can create a lot of damage, but evil people intend to cause it.
Evil people are toxic, so what can you do to remove them from your organization? THE LEADER S CIRCLE
