Director, Inclusive Growth Graeme Cook Graeme Cook 15 May start 15 May start The Director is responsible for strategies and commissioning in all areas of inclusive growth and economic development, including social and physical regeneration, housing investment and renewal, employment and skills. The Director will lead the delivery of the themes and targets in the Borough Manifesto relating to employment, regeneration, housing, the environment and sustainability. NB - A new structure is anticipated upon arrival of the Director. Director, People and Resilience Elaine Elaine Allegretti Allegretti June Start June Start The post holder fulfils the statutory roles of DASS and DCS and is responsible for commissioning the people-focused services which promote resilience, health and wellbeing, provide continuing support to those who need it, and safeguard those who are at risk. The Director is the lead for the delivery of the Borough Manifesto themes and targets related to education, health and well-being. Chief Operating Officer Claire Symonds Claire Symonds Claire is S151 statutory officer and with effect from June, Deputy CEO. Claire is responsible specifically for financial and performance management across the Council, the delivery of support services, oversight of the Council s investment programme and for championing customer service. The COO acts as the deputy to the Chief Executive.
