nirvana frees the soul from suffering and from the
need for further reincarnation.

  People can overcome ignorance and desire by
following an eightfold path that leads to wisdom,

Right Mindfulness 
- Control your feelings and
thoughts.

Right Concentration 
- Practice proper meditation.
