JESUS PROTECTS HIS SUFFERING CHURCH

THE CHURCH IN SMYRNA The church according to this study does not refer to the building where we meet to worship God The church is a group of friends of Jesus who meet together to praise, pray and serve Jesus by preaching the gospel to others. The church is also the gathering of friends of Jesus in all the countries of the world
THE CHURCH IN SMYRNA You become a friend of Jesus when you turn away from your bad ways like fighting, stealing, cheating in examination, envy, lying singing watching bad pictures. You believe in Jesus Christ as your Saviour and friend refuse to obey Satan s instructions. bad songs and and daily
JESUS:- THE HEAD AND THE KEEPER OF THE CHURCH Jesus wants to establish His church here on earth so He came into this world, rejected, suffered and died on the cross. He rose again from death on the third day after they buried Him. Jesus is the owner and the keeper of the church (Colossians 1:17,18). In our Text, Jesus spoke to someone called the angel of the church in Smyrna. That Angel is the pastor, teacher or leader of the church.
JESUS COMFORT AND ENCOURAGE THE CHURCH Jesus sends words of comfort and encouragement Smyrna. This teaches us that: i. Jesus knows and He is thankful for all we do for His glory and the lies Satan tells against His friends ii. We should not fear all that sinners will do to us. iii. If we love Jesus and overcome the pains we will suffer His sake, He will give us the crown of life. to the church in
JESUS PROTECTS AND REWARDS HIS FRIENDS The through all their sufferings . He will reward them by giving them a crown of life and rest in Heaven . Pray now that the Lord should save you from all your bad ways. That the Lord should help you to endure suffering and shame for Him. That He should protect you now and till you will meet Him in heaven. Lord will protect His friends
