NHRDP Survey 2017/2018 and Industry Survey 2023 Vanuatu lack Technicians/Associate Professional and Professional. Put emphasis on Technical skills and soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, teamwork.

Firstly, a strong foundation of varied skills prepares students to navigate an ever-changing world. The modern job market prioritizes a mix of technical and soft skills. Secondly, focusing on skill development in schools encourages a culture of lifelong learning. Mastering a skill goes beyond basic understanding; it fosters a continuous learning mentality invaluable in our rapidly evolving society. Adaptability and the capability to learn new skills are essential in navigating the professional landscape.
