OUR HISTORY I was born in 1975 in Gaziantep. As it is known, girls are married at an early age in Eastern culture. I am one of them. After graduating high school, I got married immediately. I am a mother of 3 children. I have always had a productive nature. After raising my children, I turned my cakes, which I made as a hobby, into work. In 2014, I opened a cafe-restaurant, where I made local home cooking and sugar paste cakes. My wife was a partner in a chocolate company, and my father was a food and packaging machinery manufacturer. While running the restaurant, I planned to enter the manufacturing industry. Manufacturing has been my dream since I was very young. I got my father to make dragee machines and rented a place in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone in 2019 and established Diva Chocolate and Confectionery Industry and Trade Ltd. ti. As an advantage of being in the Organized Industrial Zone, I started to export the dragees I made abroad, I gradually learned how to export. Upon the request of the customers, I bought second-hand tube chocolate and chocolate spread machines and increased the product range. The fact that my husband has been in this industry for many years has made my job even easier.
MISSION One of the most important reasons for my company to exist is to fulfill my childhood dream. Unfortunately, the number of girls working or studying in the geography we live in is quite low. I made such an attempt to set an example for many young girls and to be a hope for them to follow their dreams. With the contribution of that reason, our company is currently exporting to many countries and is moving forward in line with the demands and opinions customers. of our

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS I am a tenant in my organized workplace. Since my rental expenses are so high, I started to research how I can own my own place. I was struggling here because I started with a very small capital. Land prices and construction costs were also very high in my city. But when we came to 2021, I was exportingto 20 countries. As a result of my research, it is 90 km from the city where I live. I learned that there is a Rural Development Project with 6th region incentive in anl urfa, which is far away. By making my application, I took a place of 11,500 square meters in anl urfa Food Industrial Zone. I applied to the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution for its construction and made a project suitable for the European Union and received a grant of 5 million TL for its construction. I plan to complete our construction in December 2023. Currently selling only to the Middle East and Africa; We will be able to expand our market and sell to Europe, as our European sales certificates are also within the scope of supportin our projects. Activities that increase our performance I continue to progress by learning at every moment of this business, which I started in 2019, and adding new information to myself every day. I got acquainted with United Nations projects in 2021 and also became a member of the UN Procurement Site. I took advantage of the staff support. I also made my progress easier by participating in many of his trainings. I attended the training on the obligations of SMEs within the scope of National and International Environmental Legislation organized by Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and Spark. In 2023, I met T B TAK and attempted a project to make our products more innovative and improved. I started our Tubik-e subscription. We will also be able to benefit from the laboratories established by Tubitak for R&D and Innovation studies in anl urfa.

EXPECTATIONS IN THE NEW FACILITY I WILL ESTABLISH IN ANLIURFA; MY EXPECTATION IN THE COMING YEARS IS TO INCREASE MY EXPORTS WITH ADVANCED AND INDUSTRIAL DESIGNED PRODUCTS WITH HIGH ADDED VALUE AND TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MORE PEOPLE IN ORDER TO DEVELOP THE COUNTRYSIDE.

I realized most of my projects in the first 5 years that I had designed in my head. One of my daughters is a senior at TOBB Et Industrial Design and the other is a senior at METU Chemistry, and both of my daughters will graduate this year. My goal in the second 5 years; To increase our exports with improved and industrial designed products with high added value in the facility we will establish in anl urfa. At the same time, providing job opportunities for more people in rural development. I am also planning to have solar energy panels made to reduce energy consumption after the construction is completed. Summary
