Innovative Single-Phase Profile Divider Design by Cristobal Garces
A new single-phase profile divider design by Cristobal Garces has been developed to separate aluminum profiles during assembly, improving the assembly process. The design consists of short and long foam dividers with integrated teeth, reducing the number of components required and making it easy to machine. The design concept maintains the efficiency of the previous design while enhancing the overall functionality and ease of use.

Profile Divider Purpose of the divider is to separate the aluminum profiles during assembly. Keeps profiles in their respective positions Helps speed up the assembly process Divider must not damage the profiles during assembly. Previous/Current Design is made of two main parts. Rods and the divider Both made of Delrin 2

New Design Maintains the same the design concept. One row has one short and two long dividers Consists of two short profile dividers and four long dividers. Made of a hard foam rather than Delrin Uses integrated teeth instead of independent rods/pins Less components required Easy to machine 5
