The company should prepare the following data which will be filled in during the IMP ROVE Assessment Preparation for the IMP ROVE assessment Balance sheets of the past 4 years respective as of year of foundation Account statements of the past 4 years respective as of year of foundation Number of employees (headcounts) of the last four years Operational profits of the last four years (EBIT: Earnings before interest and tax): Please consider the EBIT definition to ensure comparability of results! Income (from sales and other income streams) of the last four years Share of exports from sales Financial figures Contribution of organic growth to profitable growth over the last 4 years Contribution of innovation to overall operational profit (EBIT: Earnings before interest and tax) Cost reduction achieved from innovation over the last 4 years Innovation spend during the last 4 years Sales from product and service innovations not older than 3 years over the last 4 years Life-cycle (in years) of the most important product/service groups (e.g. those product/ service groups with the highest contribution to profitable growth) Innovation performance Industry- specific performance criteria Time-to-market/Time-to-profit of the most important product/service groups (product/ service groups with the highest contribution to profitable growth over the last 3 years) Life-cycle (in years) of the most important product/service groups (e.g. those product/ service groups with the highest contribution to profitable growth) 6 Source: IMP ROVE, 2021
