  3. Influence To Win Souls Influence To Win Souls 1. God Wants Us to Use Our Influence to Win Souls a. Christ was a soul winner (Luke 19:10; 1 Peter 2:21-23) b. The early disciples were soul winners (Acts 9:1-2; 18:24-28) c. He wins souls is wise (Proverbs 11:30; Daniel 12:3) d. The great commission would have us use our influence (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16) e. Those that have been taught are to teach others (2 Timothy 2:2) f. We are to proclaim (1 Peter 2:9) and be ready (1 Peter 3:15) g. We are to bear fruit (John 15:2)

Some substitute and hour of worship for a week of work (Acts 2:42; 5:42) d. Over cautious (James 1:5) e. Too fearful (Revelation 21:8) f. Too busy (Matthew 6:33) g. We have found too many excuses 1) No one is in interested 2) No one has given me anything to do 3) But I don t know how 4) I don t know enough 5) I tried and I failed

Must possess tact (Colossians 4:6; 1 Peter 3:15; Galatians 6:1) c. Must be prayerful (Romans 10:1-3) d. Must have conviction 1) No doubt that those who have not obeyed the gospel are lost (2 Thessalonians 1:7-9) 2) No doubt that the power to save is in the gospel (Romans 1:16) 3) No doubt that God will accept those tha obey God s will (2 Peter 3:9) 4) No doubt about the singularity and importance of the church (Ephesians 4:3-6; Matthew 7:20-21)

Provide transportation to services. e. Provide resources for personal Bible study. f. Helping people in need. g. Hand out information about the church. h. Babysit for families with children that you know. i. Invite children to activities.
