Intent of this session
 
Review the recently published ITE inspection framework and handbook by
Examining each section within Part 2 (pp10-33) including;
Examination of the evaluation schedule (pp34-45) and;
Examination of the leadership and Management section (pp46-54)
Implementation of this
 
Using the 
Draft ITE Inspection Framework 
as a reference, each section will be
examined:
notes will be taken to formulate a collective UCET response back to Ofsted
Make use of the preparations for the University of Plymouth Pilot inspection
scheduled for Mon 10 Feb 2020
Impact of this review
 
A comprehensive response from UCET will be given to Ofsted
Members will gain a firmer understanding of the ITE framework and its
limitations in relation its applicability to the FES sector
Members will gain a firmer understanding of how the terms and meanings
can be interpreted in the FES sector context.
