ADMISSION PRICES Football Var & JV - $8 Adults, $5 Seniors/Students/Children under 12, Free LHS students with ASB card Frosh - $5 adults, $3 Seniors/Students/Children under 12, FREE Liberty Students with ASB card/LHS Staff. Basketball Var & JV - $8 Adults, $5 Seniors/Students/Children under 12, Free LHS students with ASB card Volleyball, Soccer, Wrestling $5 adults, $3 Seniors/Students/Children under 12, FREE Liberty Students with ASB card/LHS Staff.

ELIGIBILITY Dates of determination 2021-2022 school year Mon, August 16th - Spring semester the year before and summer school Determines eligibility for the start of the fall sports season Mon, October 25th - 1st quarter grades Determines eligibility for the remainder of the fall sports season and the beginning of the winter sports season Tues, January 17th - 1st semester grades Determines eligibility for the remainder of the winter sports season and the beginning of the spring sports season Mon, April 11th - 3rd quarter grades Determines eligibility for the reminder of the spring sports season GPA Requirements - 2.0, no more than 1 F unless taking 8 classes Academic Probation - Student must have a 1.75 GPA, cannot be used 2x in a school year or back to back seasons, and student must have a 2.0 the grading period prior.

  6. ATHLETES EXPECTATIONS Attendance - In order to attend an athletic contest, athletes must attend a minimum of 2 block periods on the day of the contest. Behavior - We are liberty not just on the field/court. Student accountability for misbehavior could impact sports Sportsmanship

A player ejected from a contest for violation of a NFHS or sports governing body rule (other than assaultive behavior/fighting or leaving the bench area during a fight) shall be ineligible to participate in the remainder of the contest and the school s next contest. A player ejected a second time from a contest for violation of a NFHS or sports governing body rule (other than assaultive behavior/fighting or leaving the bench area during a fight) shall be ineligible to participate in the remainder of the contest and the school s next three contests. A player ejected a third time from a contest for violation of a NFHS or sports governing body rule shall be ineligible to participate in the remainder of the contest and for the remainder of the season

  8. SPECTATORS EXPECTATIONS How can I help my students athletic experience? Am I ready for game day? How do I communicate the right way?

SPORTSMANSHIP POLICY 1.Gain an understanding and appreciation for the rules of the game. 2.Exercise positive behavior at all times. 3.Recognize and appreciate skilled performances regardless of affiliation. 4.Exhibit respect for the opponents and officials at all times. 5.Openly display pride in your actions at every opportunity.

  10. LIBERTY ATHLETICS BOOSTER CLUB Join us in supporting our Liberty High School student athletes. The Liberty Athletics Booster Club raises funds to support ALL athletic teams on campus. 42nd Annual "Truck Raffle" September 18, 2021, at the Veterans Memorial Hall in Brentwood Dinner, Door Prizes, Silent & Live Auction Items, and two passes for ALL LIBERTY ATHLETIC EVENTS up for grabs. Grand Prize - $10,000 cash which can be used toward the purchase of a vehicle Benefits of Membership Exclusive Members Only Discounts on Merchandise Early Access to New Merchandise Free Lions Logo Sticker with Every Membership ($5 Value ) Class of 2022 LHS Athletes of Club Members are Eligible to Apply for the Booster Club Scholarship ($500 )

  11. COVID GUIDELINES We are are at same guidelines as 2019 school guidelines. However, no masks required outside. Athletes inside do not have to wear masks if they are playing. Masks on if on the bench. Fans that are outside do not have to wear masks; inside they do. Other school districts may have spectator restrictions. Your coaches will communicate this to you prior to a game at their facility.

  12. ATHLETICS MEDIA USE POLICY Athletes and parents are expected to use social networking sites in a positive, sportsmanlike manner reflecting the values of their team, their school and the LUHSD. Assume nothing posted on social media will be private. Inappropriate posts relating to athletics including, but not limited to, trash-talking/taunting, profanity, hazing, harassment or bullying may be subject team and/or school discipline. It is against CIF rules to use social media to engage and/or influence any student not at your school to enroll at your school for athletic purposes. appropriate pictures should be posted, always with the permission of the subjects of the photographs. Pictures/videos should never be taken in the locker room. Social media is not a place to solve team problems. Only
