Gas central heating is typically
three times cheaper than electric
heaters.
Tenant more able to afford
warmth. Fewer complaints
If home is warm condensation is

below £30,000
 
Match Funding
 
Individual measures cannot be match
funded by an OFGEM approved scheme:
 
Energy Company Obligation (ECO)
Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI)
 
State Aid – landlord cannot have
received state aid of  €200,000 or
more over the last 3 years.
