LQXF Reaction Process Monitor / Log Data: Oven Temperature 8 internal thermocouples. Used by oven control system. Fixture Temperature 10 thermocouples mounted to surface of fixture. Used to monitor / record fixture temperature. Oven Argon flow rate. Fixture Argon flow rate. Oven pressure (~ water). Fixture pressure (~ 20 water). Primary Argon Cylinder weight. Independent flow to oven & to fixture. Secondary Argon Cylinder weight. Backup starts flowing if pressure in primary runs low. Ability to view via the web / smartphone. Email / text alerts. LQXF Impregnation Process Monitor / Log Data: Fixture temperature. 16 Thermocouples mounted to surface of fixture. Heater temperature. Thermocouple on each heater. 12 strip heaters (6 per side), 1500 Watts each. Fill rate controlled by peristaltic pump. Rate of approx 25 cc / min, approx 4 hour fill. Vacuum levels 500 mTorr or below. Vacuum tank Coil / resin trap Epoxy pot Epoxy pot temperature. Ability to view via the web / smartphone. Backup power supplies: Control / Data acquisition computer.
