  4. LQXF Reaction Process Monitor / Log Data: Oven Temperature 8 internal thermocouples. Used by oven control system. Fixture Temperature 10 thermocouples mounted to surface of fixture. Used to monitor / record fixture temperature. Oven Argon flow rate. Fixture Argon flow rate. Oven pressure (~ water). Fixture pressure (~ 20 water). Primary Argon Cylinder weight. Independent flow to oven & to fixture. Secondary Argon Cylinder weight. Backup starts flowing if pressure in primary runs low. Ability to view via the web / smartphone. Email / text alerts. Thermocouple on each heater. 12 strip heaters (6 per side), 1500 Watts each. Fill rate controlled by peristaltic pump. Rate of approx 25 cc / min, approx 4 hour fill. Vacuum levels 500 mTorr or below. Vacuum tank Coil / resin trap Epoxy pot Epoxy pot temperature. Ability to view via the web / smartphone. Backup power supplies: Control / Data acquisition computer.
