Healthy CHANGE Results
Supporting the Carol M. White PEP initiative, the Healthy Change program aims to enhance physical education, activity, fitness, and nutrition habits in Springdale Public Schools from 2013-2016. The program targets specific objectives such as increasing student participation in daily physical activity, improving fitness assessments, and promoting healthier dietary habits. Through professional development and curriculum enhancements, the program strives to raise student achievement and well-being by meeting state standards and reducing average BMI.
