Technical aspects of your presentation Bring your presentation on a data stick or other portable memory device. You will not generally be able to plug your own laptop into the conference projection system. Prepare both PPTX and PDF versions of your presentation. Please arrive to your session room at least 10 minutes prior to session start to transfer your presentation. Preparing your presentation All presentations must be prepared and held in English. The presentation should be structured and have the following parts: title, introduction, methods, results, discussion, etc. Try not to put too much text on a slide you want the audience to listen to you and not read your slides. All paper in-person presentations have been allocated 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).
