Employee card If you are not a student and you are not going to perform a scientific research, you have to ask for an employee card Code 27 for a maximum of two years (according to the valid employment contract) 23
Non-dual mode: Serves only as a long-term residence card (no special permission to work needed)because you have a free access to labor market if: you have a Czech diploma (Secondary school, University) OR you are going to be an academic worker (teacher) 24

The job offer must be included in the central register of job vacancies that can be filed by holders of employee cards. Meaning that your employer must publish the job offers on the Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs NOTE! A dual employee card is issued only for 1 job position.
