  4. Who Needs to Setup an Account? Idaho Code 67-6608, 6602(20) Candidates - $500 threshold of revenue or expenditures. Exempt - Precinct Committeemen PAC - revenue or expenditures of $1000 or more.

  5. Donation Limits? Idaho Code 67-6610A Candidate can receive up to $1,000 per election, per donor Candidate can receive up to $2,000 per election, from Central Committee PACs have no contribution limit in receiving PAC can only give to a candidate the candidate s limit

  6. What Donations are to be Reported? Idaho Code 67-6607, 6610A, 6614 Anonymous Donations - send to State Treasurer Under $50, can be listed as an un-itemized donation, however $1,000 or more will need to notify the Secretary of State s Office with 48 hours. In-Kind Donations - fair market value.
