Avoid getting involved when others are spreading slander. Take no part in unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. (Eph. 5:11) 5. Know how and where to crack some jokes.
TAKE HOME!!! TAKE HOME!!! Let not our tongue run before our mind. It is better to speak too little than too much. We have two ears and one tongue: hear twice and speak once. Tongue is capable of great destruction! If we can control our tongue, we can control all areas of our lives. Remember the words of Jesus in Mat. 12:33-36 that on the judgement day, we will give account of every the idle words we spoke. Finally, let our speech be always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. (Col. 4:6)
