Guidance for Creating Effective Content
Actually, it’s nothing really new, they were already
forbidden since 2010 … and the law wasn’t really
enforced
but I’ll come back to that later ;)
What is recommended ?
1.
Less than 2 hours of screen time a day
2.
From 9 to 11 hours of sleep
3.
At least 1 hour of physical activity
Unfortunately only 1 children in 5 (20%) ticks all the lines
And nearly 1 in 3 doesn’t follow any of these
recommandations.
