Convocation Dinner and Dance Registration Tutorial for Graduates
This PowerPoint will show you how to register yourself as a graduate and your guests that will be attending the CPA Alberta Convocation Dinner and Dance 2024 event. Please have the following information ready: Your information, including company name Your guest(s) information including their contact information dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements Select the city you are attending: Edmonton CPA Alberta Convocation Dinner and Dance Calgary CPA Alberta Convocation Dinner and Dance
By doing your own registration, it is assumed that there is no administrator/contact person at your organization registering on your behalf. If you are unsure if someone is registering on your behalf, please contact your company for clarification. Duplicate registrations may prevent you from sitting with your group. How to register: Click "Reserve a Spot" to start. Make sure the registration page shows the correct city (Edmonton or Calgary) you're attending. Then, choose a ticket for yourself and one complimentary ticket for a guest. Remember, both you and your guest need tickets to enter the event. If you would like to bring more than one guest, you can purchase an additional ticket for $225 plus GST. If you are bringing an infant under 24 months old, please let us know during registration. You will be required to bring your own booster seat for them. Note: Once you select your tickets and begin entering information, you will not be able to go back and add another ticket or remove a ticket. If you do go back, you will lose the information you have entered.
After you click "Check out" follow the below steps on the Checkout page: Please enter your name, your main email address, cellphone, and your company's name. You must use the same email address you entered for yourself (the graduate) for your guests. You'll get your digital ticket and individual digital tickets for your guests. You and your guest should keep your digital ticket on-hand for entry. The ticket contains information about your dietary needs, accessibility, and if you require a seat for an infant. To ensure you and your guest(s) sit together, please enter your (the graduate s) name under each guest(s) registration. For additional seating requests, please fill out your requests after checkout is complete when prompted.
Note: You can go back and make changes to your registration until Friday, December 15.
Refunds can be requested up to 10 business days before the event. Now that you've completed all the information for yourself and your guests, please take a moment to review the information. Once you have reviewed the information, please proceed to enter your payment details for any additional guests. On the right side of the screen, you'll find a summary of all your tickets. Please ensure that the quantities are correct. When you're satisfied with your order, you can proceed to finalize it.
Congratulations! You've successfully completed your registration. Please remember that all the details you entered into Eventbrite can be modified if needed until Friday, December 15. Now that you've submitted your order, there are a few more prompts for you to fill out if you choose to. Please see the next slide (see slide 13) for more information. If you registered more than 10 guests, you will receive a specific table number assignment in an email reminder approximately one week prior the event. For those with fewer than 10 guests, your seating assignment will be available for preview at the event entrance. Don't forget to share this table information with your guests. You'll also receive a confirmation email (see slide 14) from Eventbrite at the email address you provided in the contact information section.
