  11. Mission 2 rules and points You must now try out 3 methods for idea generation. Afterwards, you must present your solutions to each other. You evaluate each other in a schedule. You cannot vote for your own team

  13. GAME 1 Role perspective 1. Draw a role from the envelope 2. Familiarize yourself with the role's thoughts about solutions to your task. For example, "How would an astronaut solve the task?" 3. Take on a new role when you can no longer create new ideas 4. Write down solution suggestions 5. Prepare to present your solution

  15. GAME 2: Reverse brainstorm 1. Rephrase the problem so that it becomes the opposite. E.g. "Create the best experience for customers in their first 2 minutes in Bilka" is changed to "Create the worst experience for customers in their first 2 minutes in Bilka" 2. Come up with all your ideas. For example, "There must be a wild mess". "Hand sanitizer has been replaced with red slime", "An angry employee yell at the customers" 3. Make as bad a solution as possible 4. Return to the original task and "turn" the answers so that they become positive solutions. For example, "The store is tidy and clean", "The hand sanitizer is easy to find and always full", "Customers are greeted by a smiling employee" 5. Be ready to present both your bad and good solution

Has the team considered the need and market for the product - as well as the team s own resources?   27. Mission 5: Now: Prepare your pitch Imagine that the judging panel consists of potential investors, business partners, the bank and people from the municipality. Next week Pitch your idea to the class and the judges

  28. Criterium Message - the message is clear and precise Content - the content of the pitch supports the message. There is a clear connection between content and message. Verbal communication - the team understands the audience and presents the project in an interesting and entertaining way. The language is appropriate, and the presentation doesn t take more than 5 minutes. There is a clear structure in the presentation. Nonverbal communication - all members of the team have an appropriate and convincing body language. Even when they are not talking themselves. Words and body language match. The look - beautiful PowerPoints, good illustrations or models have been made. The team is dressed for the purpose.
