  1. Hello, The information sent out about the National Santa Dash has generated a lot of excitement about taking part. However. I have had a lot of emails asking what activities to do . The general idea is to just have festive fun. You could organise a Festive Fancy Dress Fun Run on the playground, Reindeer Relay Races or a Elves Present Search (like an easter egg hunt). The main idea is to get children active and involved. Please try to make it a big event on social media and emphasise the importance of being active. This PowerPoint has resources for the Elves Present Search. Santa is the teacher who sends the elves (pupils) looking for presents. Santa needs the elves to tell him how many there are of each present (number code) Slide 2 is a reminder of timetable and social media tags. Slides 3 and 4. These slides have 24 pictures of presents to be cut up and pinned to fences , trees , gates etc on school grounds. Attach them where children can see and read easily Slides 5,6 and 7 These are answer cards that the elves (pupils) have to complete. They have to find 4 presents per card and write down the code number. They can also note the location eg gate or bench. They do not remove picture from location. Slide 8 - is a certificate
