Ah-Has, Wonderings & Conundrums Write the following ideas on post-its. One idea per post-it. Write as many ideas as you like. When you re done, add them to the corresponding chart on the wall. Ah-Ha s: Something new and interesting you learned and/or made a connection to. Wonderings: Questions you are pondering. Conundrums: Dilemmas or issues you are facing or will face moving this work forward.
Dink and Sort As a large group, review all the post-its. Categorize and clump similar post-its. Add a thematic label to the clump.
Discussion In small groups, take a chart with themed clumps and review them. Discuss the themes and how they pertain to your current situation and context. Plan to share a summary of your discussion with the large group.
