NUS or TOTUM?

NUS Cards have been rebranded, and are now called TOTUM Cards.
•
If you hear NUS Card or TOTUM Card they're referring to the same thing!
•
These cards allow you to get student discounts, but also to access TOTUM
exclusive discounts.
•
You can buy a multi-year card, which is important to bear in mind as it can
allow you to access student discounts even when you're no longer studying
until it expires!
What is a TOTUM Card?
•
The TOTUM card is proof of student status, and can be used anywhere that
offers a discount for NUS/TOTUM Cardholders or for students.
•
It comes with ISIC verification, which allows you to prove you're a student
when abroad. This means student discounts when you travel!
•
It is also possible to get a PASS ID version of the card, which is legal proof-
of-age ID, if you'd find this useful. This comes at no extra cost.
What is the card good for?
•
Basically making things cheaper or getting you free stuff!
It gives access to discounts, deals and exclusive offers.
•
Between TOTUM exclusives and generic student deals, a
card can get you discounts at
Co-op, Topshop, Boots,
ASOS, Apple, Samsung, O2 and loads of other places!
•
If you have a card, always keep your eyes peeled for that
immortal phrase 'student discount' at any shop or café and
make use!
•
With my own card, it paid for itself in no time. I used
it to get cheaper Amazon Prime, cheaper travel to
visit the rest of the UK on National Express and
Megabus, free food at Greggs and McDonalds,
cheaper cinema tickets, and cheaper grocery
shopping through Co-op, just to name a few!

Once you build up a picture of where offers and
discounts are offered, the card becomes invaluable if
you ever go to any of those places!
•
New offers get added to TOTUM's site and app over
time as well, so the new rebrand offers unique deals
which you can access online through TOTUM.
How do I get one?
•
Either visit
www.totum.com
or download the TOTUM app.
•
You'll need to create an account and verify your student status either
through the student portal or your student email address, but once that's
done purchasing a card is very easy.
•
Just choose how many years you want the card to last and place it as an
online order! I will get a system set up to allow pick up at college within a
few days, but you can also deliver it to your home address.
