  2. The greatest or highest amount possible or attained. (noun) Ex: The school takes a maximum of 32 students. At the most. (adverb) Ex: It has a length of 4 feet maximum. As great, high, or intense as possible or permitted. Ex: The vehicles maximum speed. Maximum (maksemem)

  3. Giving a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive. (adjective) Ex: A concise account of the country s history. Concise (kansis)

  4. The state of being extremely poor. (noun) Ex: Thousands of families are living in abject poverty. The state of being inferior in quality or insufficient in amount. (noun) Ex: The poverty of her imagination. Poverty (pavarde)

  5. Hit with force when moving. (verb) Ex: She collided with someone. Come into conflict. (verb) Ex: In his work, politics and metaphysics collide. Collide (Kolide)

  6. To be exceptionally good at or proficient in an activity or subject. (verb) Ex: a sturdy youth who excelled at football. Excel (iksel)

  7. Equal in a value, amount, function, meaning, etc. (adjective) Ex: one unit is equivalent to one glass of wine. Equivalent (ekwivelent)

  8. Favorable or advantageous, resulting in good. (adjective) Ex: The beneficial effect on the economy. Beneficial (benafishal)

  9. Conversation between two or more people s a feature of a book, play or movie. (noun) Ex: The book consisted of a series of dialogues. Take part in a conversation or discussion to resolve a problem. (verb) Ex: He stated he wasn t going to dialog with him. Dialogue (dialog)

  10. Having or showing strong desire and determination to succeed. (adjective) Ex: The football player was ambitious to win the championship. Ambitious (ambituas)

  11. Deny someone access to something or someone. (verb) Ex: all my friends excluded me from their party. Excluded

  12. Warm and friendly. (adjective)\ Ex: the atmosphere was cordial and relaxed. Cordial (cordal)

  13. A thing that is regarded as more important than another. (noun) Ex: Homework should be a high priority. Priority (prierede)
