All together 60+ Trainees. Approximately ~40% are active in aviation and aprox. ~23% are working in
TLLGH.
Additionally since 2012 we have recruited 10+ Trainees to various positions in mid-management level.

The Challenge -
Link existing „Aviation Management“ curriculum topics with real experience and practice in ground
handling company;
Extend theoretical and practical training base;
Reduce „on-site time“ for theoretical training;
For what to use rest of the time? – Practice?;

The Aim -
All GHSP employees shall perform their work: *
Safely
Efficiently
Sustainably

Within the scope of the new EASA Basic Regulation 2018/1139 + (Training Concept Paper)

The need:
All employees trained to a defined level of competence.

Training able to be maintained along with Quality improvement process.

Training shall support social mobility and leverage existing educational body “delivery”.

Auditable by NAA (CAA) inspectors.

Not adding cost into GHSP which would add cost but no value to the sector.
