Case Study "Patient is 15 years old with multi-faceted trauma. They have been having increased anxiety following a break up with their first significant other, which triggered memories from the trauma. Due to increased anxiety, the patient has been more reserved, even though they are usually bubbly, and their grades have been slipping- they used to be a straight A student. Questions to consider How can you engage this child in a playful activity with their peers? How can you use the play to help decrease the child's feelings of anxiety or how will you know if the play is working? How can you use the child's interests to promote play?
