Engage Your Classroom with Brain Break Strategies
Utilize Brain Breaks in your classroom to provide short, engaging interruptions that renew focus on learning, promote self-awareness, and reinforce positive behaviors. These breaks can be positively escalating to boost energy or positively de-escalating to calm students. Various activities like "Spot the Difference," "Being Beans," "Walk, Stop, Connect, Share," "1, 2, 3," "Would You Rather," "Hey Hey," and "True or False" offer fun and interactive ways to incorporate Brain Breaks into your teaching routine.
