Encouraging and equipping disciples of Jesus to connect people to Christ, community, and the commission through conversations, connections, and conferences. The emphasis is on creating a missional movement, summarizing the mission of churches with one word, like "Connect." This approach involves making disciples, living on a mission, and following Jesus. The significance of the number 316 ties back to John 3:16, highlighting God's love for the world.
