The people of God are those who allow God to work around them, in them and through them
The Cupbearer and Baker 40:8aWe both had dreams but there is no one to interpret them. 40:18b Do not interpretations belong to God? 40:14But when all goes well with you, remember me and show me kindness; mention me to Pharaoh and get me out of this prison.
Pharoah 41:8In the morning his mind was troubled, so he sent for all the magicians and wise men of Egypt. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one could interpret them for him. 41:16 I cannot do it, Joseph replied to Pharaoh, but God will give Pharaoh the answer he desires.
Joseph in Charge 41:33And now let Pharaoh look for a discerning and wise man and put him in charge of the land of Egypt. 41:37The plan seemed good to Pharaoh and to all his officials. 38So Pharaoh asked them, Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of the Gods?
God Acts 39:2The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered. Isaiah 64:8Yet you, LORD, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.
Joseph Waits 40:1 Some time later... Question: What would have happened if the Cupbearer had remembered Joseph? 40:4 After they had been in custody for some time... 41:1 When two full years had passed... Isaiah 64:4 Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.
