Developing Local Tutor Workforce for Enhanced Sports Education in Highland
Partnering with sportscotland and other governing bodies, this initiative in Highland aims to develop a locally based tutor workforce to enhance sports education opportunities. By offering a Professional Development Award in Sports Education, the project has already seen 27 tutors qualified, increasing capacity for delivering diverse sports and activities across the community.

Our Approach Work in partnership with sportscotland, Institute of Sport and National Governing Bodies Deliver a sportscotland Professional Development Award in Sports Education specifically for Highland to upskill new tutors Course Delivery 2nd, 3rdand 31stMarch 2019, Inverness Orientation of Deliverers and delivery of courses aimed at upskilling professionals and volunteers across Highland Adult Learning | Archives | Arts | Leisure Facilities | Libraries | Museums| Music |Sport & Outdoor | Youth Work
