Art Star Program Dream Plan Template CG Studio
Pre-Application Notes: Welcome to the 2021 Art Star program! We are delighted that you would like to take part in this program. Before you officially begin creating your dream proposal, please read through the following points and make sure you meet the requirements. If you have any questions about these points, please contact us through the contact information on the project website. 1. You need to be a studio working primarily in the CG field (animation, cartoon, game production, illustration, etc.) 2. Members of your studio need to have legal citizenship of your country. 3. If you are given access to support resources, please do not denigrate the supported brands or products on public and social platforms. 4. You need to apply in English and be able to communicate briefly in English with the reviewers.
Pre-Application Notes: 5. This template only serves as a guide for your application. You can follow the outline of this template to design a unique dream plan. An interesting dream plan that shows your studio s personality increase the probability of getting support resources. will 6. Please note that your formal dream plan should be submitted in PDF/PPTX format and limited to 10MB in size, otherwise it will not be considered. 7. Please ensure the authenticity of all the information you provide. Otherwise, your studio will bear any relevant legal responsibility.
Suggestions Here are a few suggestions to help your studio to create your dream plan Set a challengeable but reachable goal. As the core of this application, we want you to think carefully about your "dream," including its feasibility and what it means to your studio; the more specific your dream is, the better we can support it. Make sure the work is original. Any plagiarism will result in the immediate cancellation of your studio's application. Consider the length of your proposal. A concise and impactful application is much more likely to catch the judges attention than a long-winded application where your point may get lost. Make it easy to understand. Your dream plan may include specialized field vocabulary, but please ensure that non-specialists can read and understand it.
Evaluation Standards: Grading Criteria for Dream Plan Parameter Percentage Grading criteria Points (0-3) The plan covers only one main point, which is explained by only one or two sentences. (4-6) One or two main points are missing in the plan, but each point comes with some explanation. Completeness of content 10% (7-10) The plan covers all the main points, and each point is well explained. (0-3) The plan has no personal style. The dream/goal is not distinctive. (4-6) The plan has some sort of style. The dream/goal is distinctive to some extent. Distinctiveness of style 10% (7-10) The plan has a unique artistic style. The dream/goal is both outstanding and distinctive. (0-3) The dream/goal is perfunctorily provided and is stated too briefly. (4-6) The dream/goal has a general direction and is described using some amount of content. Clarity of goal 10% (7-10) The dream/goal is precisely and clearly described using solid content. (0-3) No plan is given regarding how to realize the dream. (4-6) A personal plan is given, which shows some sign of implementing it in different phrases. Planning skills 10% (7-10) A clear plan is given regarding how to realize the dream. The plan is split into different phases. (0-3) The plan contains text only. (4-6) The main points are explained using both text and graphs. Communication skills 10% (7-10) The main points are explained using text, graphs, tables, timelines, etc.
Who are you? You should provide a brief introduction to your studio, which could include: 1) Address and pictures of your premises , an introduction to your members, and the history of your development. Put your logo here 2) A selection of work that best represents your studio or completed projects. 3) Any relevant awards or certificates of honor in the field.
What are your studios strengths? You should tell us about your studio s strengths, which could include 1) A unique artistic style. 2) An excellent team. 3) Projects with social value. 4) Strong potential for commercialization. etc.
What are your dreams? You should tell us about your studio's dreams, which could be: 1) To grow to become a profitable studio. 2) To achieve a certain profitability target. 3) To win an award in a certain field. 4) To complete a project led/participated in by your studio. 5) To produce a complete project. 6) To reach a certain size. etc. The more specific the dream statement, the better the overall project application will be.
What values do your studios dreams represent? Please present your artistic dreams as the focus of this proposal. Here are some questions that we think might help you 1 Why do you have this dream? 2 What does this dream mean to your studio? Also, does your studio dream/project have social value? For example 1 How will your studio contribute to society? 2 Does your studio s dream represent the values of any particular group? Which ones? etc.
What will you do? You should think about this question carefully: If your studio is successful in acquiring support, how will you realize your dream? We would like to see a clear timeline for achieving your dreams, which you are free to illustrate in your way. Once you have achieved your immediate goals, what's next for your studio? Do you have another set of plans? We would like to see that you have a clear sense of your studio's future and the stages required to get there.
What do you want? What kind of support will help your studio to achieve your dream? This could be: 1 Equipment 2 Courses 3 Traffic 4 Funding Please be specific.
