1. (HD) CTV Drama (HD) CTV Sci-Fi (HD) BNN (HD) CP24 (HD) Stations Email for Instruction Delivery Trafficctvwest@bellmedia.ca Trafficspecialty@bellmedia.ca routageDL@bellmedia.ca The material can be delivered once for all stations, but the instructions must be sent separately to all traffic teams. Instructions and material must be received at least two business day before the airdate (see p.6 to consult the commercial instruction guide). Commercials must come with a Telecaster number provided by the Broadcasters Committee https://clearance.thinktv.ca/login All material that hasn t been used for 6 months will be destroyed. 5
3. Commercial instruction guide Here is the information that should appear on a broadcast instruction: The name of the client The name of the product (if applicable) Release Dates The channels on which the advertising material will be disseminated Title of advertising material The advertising material identification code (if applicable) Duration of advertising material The percentage of rotation (ex: 100% if it is a single material, 50% / 50% if two ads to be distributed in equal rotation, etc.) The Telecaster number (https://thinktv.ca/fr/think-clearance/) The word "REVISION" in the case of a change in advertising material or a component of previous instructions Contact information 6

6. All media delivery All media delivered to Agincourt can be accessed by all affiliates across the country excluding Montreal. Please note any media destined for RDS channels should be delivered through the Montreal facility All commercials must be closed captioned, per CRTC regulations. Commercials without captioning will be rejected All creative must contain CC, even if no narration EG Music , Music notes , On screen text CC pulse or change to occur every 15 sec. Sound Effects CTV / Bell Media no longer accepts commercial material via : Videotape or XDCam/ Disc. Direct delivery , FTP/File Transfer or External Links Memory Stick or External hard drive . Slate must contain - advertiser, title, code and duration. Down-covert aspect ratio required for all HD spots.) HD commercials must be assigned a different commercial code, or add HD at the end CTV|/Bellmedia does not have the ability to verify BVS or VEIL encoding . 11
7. Electronic file delivery Here are the methods accepted for electronic file transfer : COMMERCIALS AND AD DELIVERY AGENCIES For commercials we are interfaced with the following add delivery services. Please contact the service providers directly to deliver material STUDIO LA MAJEURE - EXTREME REACH - YANGAROO/DMDS - DELUXE JAVELIN - SPOTGENIE - COMCAST - AUDIO Z Please contact your traffic coordinator for updated information 12
