Course Transition Timeline Term SP 23 SU 23 Courses Summary Pilot courses, ECE and SPA ~10% of enrollment in order to test registration and processes A few small disciplines One moderately-high enrollment course in five diverse disciplines: ART 1110, BUS1015, CHE1112, COM1150, HIS1310 Include at least one high enrollment course in 40 disciplines with significant online enrollment at CCCOnline and colleges FA 23 Transition most remaining courses in disciplines taught by CCCOnline and colleges SP 24 Add courses in disciplines taught online only through colleges SU 24 Select courses deferred due to pre-req, lab and other considerations Add remaining courses offered only through colleges FA 24 7

Matching CCCOnline Instructors with College Openings CCCOnline instructors offer extensive training and experience HR Directors have a current list of CCCOnline instructors who have provided consent to share their personal information with colleges Hiring Managers should contact HR so that this information can be shared through secure sources CCCS HR will continue to update the list as additional instructors provide consent

Virtual Career Fair January 26, 10 am 2 pm Online and face-to-face opportunities 227 attendees 65% current CCCS employees (mostly from CCCOnline) 187 resumes submitted HR Directors report that several hires were made, including some difficult-to-fill positions Possible second career fair in Fall 2023 Prepare for Spring openings 10
