  2. Voting Entity History The First CoDA meeting started in Tehran, the capital city of Iran, back in September 2004, and the second one in Tehran in July 2007. Since more meetings had been started, our service structure was formed in Feb 2010 in Tehran, and a few months later in March 2010, we began translating & publishing CoDA literature into the Farsi language. From the year 2011 in other cities such as Esfahan, Ahvaz, Kashan, Arak, Mashhad, and Yazd, meetings have been started one by one and they joined the service structure.
