Position outer planetary carrier (2) away from the hub allowing enough room to install Tooling (B). 7. Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to outer planetary carrier (2). The weight of outer planetary carrier (2) is approximately 124 kg (273 lb). 8. Remove Tooling (A). Note: Inner planetary carrier and sun gear (3) are to stay in the hub while outer planetary carrier (2) is being removed. 9. Use a suitable pry bar at the bottom of outer planetary carrier (2) to help keep outer planetary carrier (2) aligned straight with the hub during the removal process. 10.
