Status of cooling station specification. Our initial idea was to make two separate tenders one for the cooling station design and the other for the procurement. This approach was not approved by Fermilab purchase order office. We have to proceed with a single tender that includes both activities design and procurement. Our preliminary specification were not sufficient clear on the request of two activities. We update the document with the suggestions of Fermilab people. Cooling fluid procurements. Reasons for the use the fluids family of Hydrofluoroether. Concerning PFASs environmental regulation. The Real reason why 3M stops Novecs production. Alternative cooling fluid for calorimeter cooling system. Progress: Fermilab has accepted the use of fluid proposed. We found an alternative fluid supplier in USA. Conclusions. Cooling Plant specifications. The chapters regarding the remote control interface and safety internal logic are not yet written because we need the support of the slow control and data acquisition people. We did not have a meeting with them yet. We hope to arrange a meeting soon in Fermilab with a proper stakeholder. Already 11 USA company has been informally contact with preliminary specifications. We have to proceed with a formal tender invitation as soon as possible with a reasonable specification sets to have a feedback with vendors to understand the price implication on our requests. Misleading phrase If we need, different operating temperature of the electronic or SIPM this can be obtained by changing the mass flow of each cooling circuits. The flow can be regulated reducing the inlet pressure with a proportional valve. The control of flow can be done automatically or manually using the temperature read-out values.
