Structured Organising Conversation Framework Overview SOC framework including best practices Prepare their own SOC Practice minimum of 8 times with debrief Baseline assessment/rating 1) Highly competent 5) Needs development Industry handover to the lead organiser Buddied up to 2 weeks OTR while transitioning into the SOC
Roles and Responsibilities Cadet Training Officer Lead & Senior Training Officer oversee the program, facilitate formal training, model the conversation while OTR, mentoring, written review, placement, management performance, reporting. Lead and Senior Organiser - induct cadet into their respective industry, debrief, OTR modelling, mentoring, reporting, recording, assist with planning. Cadet embrace the learning, competent at shifting workers to act, identify their own strengths and areas to improve, seek support if needed, learn via best practices.
