This session aims to help students identify and increase their belief in personal strengths, boosting self-esteem and confidence. Students are encouraged to practice noticing their strengths and creating a list to remind themselves daily. The session focuses on building skills and self-esteem through character strengths exploration and self-reflection exercises.

  6. MINDOUT Practice at home Over the next week, ask students to: Practise taking notice of their strengths. They may want to ask friends or family for help. Write a list of their strengths in a notebook or sheet of paper or on their phone, somewhere they can look at it often (e.g. locker, bedroom wall, mirror). It may sound silly but it is important to be reminded everyday of what makes us unique and what our strong points are!
