Initiatives include supporting the employability of youth, enhancing training quality in Vocational Training Institutes, and improving teacher competencies in National Teachers Colleges. Additionally, VVOB's projects aim to strengthen literacy, numeracy, and skills for over-age adolescents in refugee communities.
