Medical Doctors rank highest in 11/20 cntrs.
Personal Care Workers rank lowest in 9/20 cntrs.
Health Care Managers rank lower than Doctors,
but higher in 5/20 (BLR, CZE, POL, RUS, UKR)
Nursing & Midwifery Professionals vary largely
