God’s purpose in and through the
church in Africa, package what they
do as discipleship to share with the
rest of the African church
(guidelines to be given)

As a functional network of MANI, the
African Congress on Discipleship will
pursue a programmed strategy for
popularizing workable
(life-transforming)
discipleship models among churches in
Africa within some specified time frame

The African Congress on Discipleship 2017 aims to identify, learn, and disseminate viable models for life-transforming discipleship in African churches. Through specific sub-goals, the event seeks to evaluate existing discipleship models, improve impact potentials, and promote workable strategies in churches across Africa. Scheduled for May/June 2017 in South Africa, the congress encourages collaboration among churches, discipleship movements, and practitioners to enhance discipleship practices.
