2. Description of the course 2. Description of the course The course is intended to provide learners with advanced knowledge on use of marketing management tools and methods. During the course participants will explore the benefits of marketing, different types of marketing and marketing management concepts. The participants will be able to develop their marketing management skills, by analysing complex marketing challenges, choosing examples relevant to them (their own organisations or close organisations in their industry). The focus will be on current marketing management activities, as well as preparation for future, by discussing about markeing in the 21 century, options for innovation through marketing, PR and building and managing customer capital.
