Introduction Introduction Goal of the 2021 PHC Initial plans for the 2021 PHC 1. Cartographic mapping: completed pre-COVID 2. Recruitment and training of Field staff: online application with in-person screening 3. Duration of the enumeration/data collection: 7 days of listing and 14 days of enumeration 4. Method of enumeration/ data collection: in-person 3

Anticipated Challenges due to Covid Anticipated Challenges due to Covid- -19 (2/2) 19 (2/2) Low response rates In anticipation of COVID-19 related hesitancy, enumerators were provided PPEs and trained on maintaining social distance, and Publicity, education and advocacy used to raise awareness of the importance of census data for targeted policies such as for pandemic response 5
