Introduction In Indian perspective we are identifying to old age on the age basis and there are many types of problems infront of elderly people. Old age personalities are our asset so we should be maintain their dignity. In the present scenario the population of old age personalities are 13.08 crore. (NSSO) In 1951 it was only 02 crore and after this in 1991 it was increase at 05 crore. Mortality rate Hospitality is the factor of increase old age population and life expectancy rate. Presently the average age is 69.04. (NSSO) There are two types of old age one who are retired from active services and other either or labour neither nor unemployment. Dr. A. P. Singh

IPC 1973 Sec 125 Article 41 of Constitution 1982 Viyana International summit National policy for old age was launched in 1999 The year 2000 was celebrated as old age year Jeevan Achay, Jeevan Surachha, Nav Prabhat (Financial Schemes) Senior citizen saving plan 2004 Annapurna Yojna 2001 Mata Pita Bharn Poshan Adhikar Adhiniyam 2005 UP Govt launched Sahara Yojna for social security of old age Help age India was stablished in 1978 under the society registration act, 1860 Dr. A. Social Case Work and Case Study On the basis of multi phase sampling there are 10 social case work record have been completed in this study for collecting information. The objectives were: To know about the socio-economic status of the respondents To explore about the needs of the respondents To identify about the impact of migration To know about the family disorganization To explore diagnosis To give social treatment Dr. A. Conclusion and Suggestions There are 54% respondent were 60-62 age group and 86% respondent are facing physical problems. The impact of migration on old age life were found 39% and 82% respondent accept the lack of hospitality near by location. Maximum 88% respondent have no any income Programmes/schemes should be based on needs of the old age and also awareness should be create. Community chest should be stablished among the communities.
