Addressing Food Crisis in Malawi: CADECOM's Response
CADECOM, the Catholic Development Commission in Malawi, is actively responding to the food crisis in the country by providing humanitarian assistance such as cash transfers to vulnerable households. With support from the Scottish government, CADECOM has been able to reach thousands of households facing severe hunger due to high maize prices and floods. Despite the ongoing efforts, the demand for assistance remains high, highlighting the urgent need for continued support to address food insecurity in Malawi.
