NuMI HV101 Work progresses Switch work should complete as early as Friday Nov 4th Safety system testing will occur after the switch wok is complete and will take about 4 hours. Beam sign off to follow projection for Beam to NuMI (for Horn and target scans) is early next week. Horn and Target scans will commence once Sign off are completed 0E+20 integrated protons 2 10/9/2024
Muon Mu2e Extraction Septa Installation is underway Installed late this week early next week Work to be done prior to beam System walk thorough Safety system testing: Interlocks and CDC Sign offs Beam project Week of Nov 14th if not sooner 0.00 E+19 integrated protons 3 10/9/2024
BNB Beam returned on Oct 18th. Currently running at low intensity and lower than rep rate due to lack of users. AD is using the beam to tune up Booster until further Users come online 4.76 E18 integrated protons 4 10/9/2024
Highlights and Plans Moving Forward Currently beam to BNB MI and Recycler Studies/Tune-up Beam projections MTA: pending signoff NuMI: Week of Nov 7th Muon Campus: Week of Nov 14th Switchyard: Week of Nov 14th Booster studies We will be going back to the once a month dedicated studies day once we resume steady HEP running to users. MI52 Breaker Replacement Next Monday , slated to take 3-5 days. No beam in MI, (also no MC) Beam in Recycler (beam to Dump) 5 10/9/2024
