2023 will mark the start of Canadas occupation-based Express Entry Why does the system need to change? Canada has trouble finding people to work because its population is getting older, and its birth rate is low. By 2030, nine million Canadians will be 65 years old and eligible to retire. There are not enough younger Canadians to fill their jobs, so there will be a lot of job openings that will be hard to fill. Canada depends on immigration to keep its economy and workforce strong. Due to this, Indians can easily get a work visa from Canada immigration consultants in Hyderabad. The Express Entry program, which will start next year, has been changed by Canadian immigration officials. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has said that from 2023 start, certain things will be considered for Express Entry draws, know more about Express Entry Process. According to the plan, Express Entry will choose candidates for permanent residence in Canada based on their job, language skills, and level of education. The Canadian Immigration Authorities are now looking for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to do a targeted draw in the country. The IRCC says it will consult a wide range of stakeholders to inform the new categories in Express Entry. For example, last October, 6% of jobs in Canada s healthcare sector were open. To fill these positions, the government is taking several steps. The new Express Entry draw may only be for healthcare workers to cut down on the number of unfilled jobs in the sector. For now, IRCC will keep doing Express Entry draws the same way it always has. The CRS score will determine how many Invitations to Apply (ITAs) will be sent out every two weeks. CRS scores are based on age, how well you speak the official language, how long you ve worked in Canada, etc. And this process can make it hard for the right person to get an ITA.
The Canadian government is changing the Express Entry program. There arent enough people to work because people are getting older, and there aren t enough babies being born. Reports say that by 2030, about nine million people in Canada will be old enough to retire, and this is a boon for Indians to get Canada work permits from Canada work visa agencies in Hyderabad. Also, there aren t enough young Canadians to fill jobs at different companies, so there are more and more job openings in the country. Canada depends on immigrants to keep its economy strong and ensure it has the best workers in every field. Canada wants to let in more immigrants over the next few years. In the recently released Immigration Levels Plan 2023-2025, it was said that the goal is to let in 465,000 new immigrants in 2023. This number will increase even more because the country will likely aim for 485 000 new immigrants in 2024 and 500,000 in 2025. How will candidates for Express Entry be recruited? Express Entry is a system for managing applications that makes it easier for skilled workers to get into the country through certain economic immigration programs. The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) are the names of these programs (CEC). Since January 2015, candidates for Express Entry have been chosen based on how well they did in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The CRS looks at work experience, education, language skills, and other human capital factors like age and family ties in Canada to decide if a person should be hired. Each aspect is given a certain number of points, and candidates with the most overall have the highest CRS scores and are, therefore, more likely to get an invitation to apply (ITA) in an Express Entry draw. In the future, targeted draws could be used to choose candidates based on their specific work experience, education, or language skills, instead of just their CRS score. Candidates would still have to meet the Express Entry program s eligibility requirements, saidCanada work visa consultants in Hyderabad.
