General principles of the Carrier Price List All rates in this Carrier Price list are exclusive of any taxes The prices included in this Carrier Price List only cover the services defined in the relevant Service Plans. For some operators, the Interconnect rates are applicable depending on the country origin of the call based on the A-number CLI. Countries have been grouped in 5 zones which can be found in this CPL. Any calls with no A-number CLI or incorrect CLI will fall in Zone 5 (most expensive group) Orange BE reserves the right to review and adapt the list of countries in a particular zone at any time, with a notice period of two (2) months to the OLO Abbreviations : OLO Other (than Orange Belgium) Licensed Operator FLO Foreign Licensed Operator FOLO Fixed Other Licensed operator MOLO Mobile Other Licensed Operator 1 Orange Restricted

DISCLAIMER Pursuant to the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/654 of 18/12/2020 supplementing Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council by setting a single maximum Union-wide mobile voice termination rate and a single maximum Union-wide fixed voice termination rate and if the delegated regulation would be suspended, modified or annulled, following an appeal or any other court procedure, or in case of withdrawal of the said delegated regulation, or if the rates were to evolve on the basis of other regulatory actions, Orange Belgium reserves all its rights to apply again the FTRs charged by Orange Belgium before 1/7/2021 (hereafter oldFTRs ), and reserves its rights to retroactively claim the difference between the FTRs actually applied and the old FTRs or any other rates that would be imposed following the court procedure or regulatory action. 7 Orange Restricted
